Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@eleganziajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Eleganzia will gladly accept returns, subject to the following:

  1. The product can be returned if it is damaged upon receipt of the same by you.
  2. The product can be returned if there is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in its original packaging. (For the wrongly delivered items)

Note: You cannot refuse to accept products merely because they are not delivered by any given date or dates. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

If the item you purchased is defective in the material due to our fault, we may offer an exchange or refund, at our discretion as appropriate in accordance with these terms and our prevailing exchange policy, if any. To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and please provide a picture or video of the defective product.

Notwithstanding any provisions herein, you shall indemnify us against any lost or stolen items, damage, breakage, change in appearance, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the Products due to fair wear and tear, accident, negligent handling or improper use or maintenance outside our care instruction.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded and you will bear the cost of shipping the goods back to us. Please be reminded that you are responsible for shipping the intended return goods from your end, in which the return shipping rate from your local courier service may be different from ours, resulting in a slight difference in the rate incurred.

You are responsible for all goods until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. The total amount of return shipping cost incurred depends on the type of courier service company you engaged with, which may or may not be the exact shipping rate you paid for when you placed your order with us. Please be sure to check with your local shipping company before proceed to deliver your goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
